Greetings to all. My name is Bionca, affectionately known as Chef B. I am a devoted mother of 4 beautiful children striving to build a brighter future, and leading light for my babies. I started out experimenting in the kitchen at a young age and participating in local school international nights exploring different cultured foods. I continued experimenting after I birthed my first child realizing he needed to eat great food in order to survive. As time progressed I explored many career fields taking to healthcare believing that was my calling as I truly enjoyed helping and taking care of people. As time went on I found myself back in the kitchen and training under reputable Chef’s and caterers learning how to utilize my compassion for people in a different light. I was honored to learn how to utilize my love for decor and food through an elite caterer. I begin involving my children in the kitchen and eventually found myself enrolled in Culinary Arts in Charlotte in 2022 where I completed necessary trainings to earn a certificate in my craft. Upon completion I registered B'yond the Basics LLC; a Catering, Decor Experience and more! I am honored to still work with Chef's from different walks of life and strive to become greater and offer a unique experience for each event!
